Process Improvement

Is your team tied up with mundane and repetitive tasks all week? Do you think your existing processes could be ‘smarter’ but there’s no time to look at them?

This is my specialist area. I can spend time with your team to find out what needs changing, where the pinch points or barriers are, liaise with other functions in your organisation, all to improve how your team are equipped to deliver your HR. I can also leave you with process maps and guidance documents for all the work we do.

Data & Analytics

I can review your current employee data and make recommendations for reporting and analytics that really meet your business need.

I can also project manage a ‘data cleanse’ either as a standalone piece of work or ahead of a transfer of data to a new system, including liaison with your IT team.

Upskilling line managers

Are your line managers always asking HR for input and taking up valuable resources? I can review your policies and processes to produce general toolkit documents for you to share with your line managers.

Additionally, I can create and deliver training sessions to upskill your line managers in areas such as absence management, capability, DBS and recruitment.

Challenging casework

For those complex ER casework where you need expertise outside of your team or an independent reviewer.
